10 Awesome iPad Writing Apps

Some argue that to teach writing effectively you need to love it dearly. I don\’t know to what extent this holds true but I am sure that we do not teach only things we love, we teach what we have to teach. It is like cooking, a cook working in a restaurant  might cook you a meal that he/she does not even like. The same with writing, not all teachers are writers deeply in love with writing but this does not mean that they can\’t teach it but when we add effectively then it is another story. I strongly believe that to teach effectively requires you  to be engaged sensorily and emotionally with what you teach.Loving what you teach does effect your teaching performance .This is at least my take on it and you might have a different one but no matter what we think about it , it is part of our work as teachers.

As an advocator of the use of technology in teaching and learning, I believe that there are several ways we can use this technology to  make teaching writing a  more enjoyable task for students . Educational Technology and Mobile Learning has already shared some of the web tools to help teachers improve students writing and today we are sharing with you some great writing apps for iPad.
